Coty A. Parson

Coty A. Parson, age 35, of Bridgeport, Illinois, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025, at his home.  He was born October 8, 1989, in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the son of Tina Falconbury.  He married Holly Tweedy on June 5, 2019, and she survives.

Coty enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.  He enjoyed watching movies with his mother.  Coty’s life was cut short after a long battle of cystic fibrosis.

Preceding Coty in death were his maternal grandmother, Frances Pruitt; father-in-law, Tracy Tweedy; nephew, Isaiah Espinoza; and good friend, Travis Harvey.

Survivors include: his wife, Holly Tweedy Parson of Vincennes, Indiana; his mother, Tina Falconbury Mullins and friend Craig Crawford of Bridgeport; children, Katlin Tweedy and Emmanuel Tweedy; niece, Madeline Parson of Bridgeport; sister, Christina (Nathan) Woolard of Bridgeport; grandchild, Ali Tweedy.

Private services are being conducted.
