Clyde Davis

Clyde Davis, Jr., age 86, of Bridgeport, IL passed away February 11, 2008 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN. Born February 12, 1921, he was the son of Oliver Clyde and Hulda Ellen (Weber) Davis. He married Mary LaReta Albert on June 15, 1946. Clyde was an Army Veteran who served during WWII in Italy for 2-1/2 years and was a member of the 88th Infantry (Blue Devil) 313 Medical Battalion, Company C. He worked as a farmer and was a member of the American Legion and the VFW.Clyde was preceded in death by his parents, one sister Bonnie McAllister and two brothers Leland and Bill Davis.He is survived by his wife LaReta
