Chad Darnold

Chad Darnold, 52, of Bridgeport, Illinois passed away Sunday, September 3, 2017 at his residence. He was born February 22, 1965 in Hammond, Indiana, the son of Harry Jr. and Barbara (Shelton) Darnold. Chad was a bartender in the Lawrenceville area. Preceding him in death were his parents. Survivors include one step-daughter, Tabbatha Stevenson of Fairfield, Illinois; two step-sons, Brian Stevenson, Jr. of Lawrenceville, Illinois and Todd Stevenson of Flat Rock, Illinois; one brother, Danny Darnold; three step-grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be Friday, September 8, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lawrenceville City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Chad's memory may be made to the American Red Cross Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund.
