Cathy Jo Hulfachor

Cathy Jo Hulfachor, age 70, of rural Lawrenceville, Illinois, passed away Friday, March 6, 2026, at her residence. She was born November 28, 1955, in Lawrence County, Illinois, the daughter of Roy Wilson and Norma Pinnick Wilson. She married Thomas Hulfachor on December 27, 1972, and he survives.

Cathy was a homemaker who loved her cats and enjoyed the comfort of spending time at home. In her free time, she liked watching movies, reading books, and shopping. Most of all, Cathy cherished the time she spent with her family.

Preceding Cathy in death were her parents and brother, Larry D. Pinnick.

Survivors include: her husband, Thomas; son, Tommy (Kari) Hulfachor of Lawrenceville; sister, Barbara Wilson of Lawrenceville; and grandchildren, Garrett Thomas Hulfachor and Madalynn Rayann Hulfachor.

Visitation will be Friday, March 13, 2026, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lawrence County Humane Society.
