Carl W. Rogge

Carl W. Rogge, 74, of Farmington, NM passed away early May 11, 2010 at The Life Care Center in Farmington, NM. He was born December 17, 1935 in Lawrenceville, IL the son of Carl W. and Laura Victoria (Bailey) Rogge Sr. He was married June 26, 1965 to Ruth E. Plough. She preceded him in death October 24, 2002.He worked as a Union Carpenter most of his life. He was a member of the St. Marys Catholic Church in Farmington, NM. He was also a member of the Farmington Elks. He served in the United States Air Force. He is survived by 2 sons: Michael Joe Rogge of Laplata, NM, Steve Rogge of Farmington, NM, a daughter: Leslie Luciowitz of McCordsville, IN, a brother: Jim Rogge of Lawrenceville, IL, and 8 grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted Friday at 1:00pm at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Lawrenceville. Burial will be at Lawrenceville City Cemetery. Visitation s also Friday from 11:00am until the service hour of 1:00pm at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be given to the American Heart Assn, American Diabetes Assn, or to Northwest New Mexico Hospice in Farmington, NM.
