Buck Inyart

Francis E. "Buck" Inyart, age 72, of Sumner, Illinois, passed away Monday, September 15, 2014, at the VA Hospital in Marion, Illinois. He was born July 8, 1942, in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the son of Raymond H. and Betty Lou (Davis) Inyart. He married Gayle Brunson on August 26, 1967, and she survives. Buck was a bricklayer all of his life and a United States Army veteran. Preceding Buck in death were his parents and one brother Michael "Mick" Inyart. Survivors include: his wife Gayle of Sumner; a son, Shane Inyart of Sumner; four brothers, Bill (Carolyn) Inyart, Ronald (Jane) Inyart, Terry Inyart, and Tony (Kim) Inyart all of Sumner; four sisters, Mary Carol (Wayne) Brian of Mt. Carmel, Sandy (Roy) Lathrop of Claremont, Sally (Kevin) Tully of Bridgeport, Sherry Inyart of Sumner, and one granddaughter Chelsea Inyart of Robinson. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday at Sumner Cemetery with military honors by the American Legion and VFW. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Thursday at Sivert-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Sumner. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital with envelopes available through the funeral home.
