Bobby D. Brian

Bobby D. Brian, age 82, of rural Flat Rock, IL passed away Thursday, February 9, 2012 at Select Specialty Hospital, Evansville, IN. He was born February 25, 1929 in Lawrenceville, IL, the son of Wesley and Marian (Rich) Brian. He married Peggy Day September 4, 1948 and she survives. Bobby worked for 33 years at Texaco Refinery where he was an Environmental Supervisor. He was a Navy veteran and a member of the NRA. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter Mary Cawood and one sister Brenna Rich. Survivors include his wife Peggy of rural Flat Rock, IL; two sons Jack (Norma) Brian of Keerville, TX and Bob (Tracy) Brian of Vincennes, IN; one daughter Emmalou (Gary) Ruehrschneck of Vincennes, IN, 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A time of gathering and remembrance will be Wednesday from 5 PM to 7 PM (CST) at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, IL.
