Bobbee C. Grigsby, age 90, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at the Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Lawrenceville, Illinois. She was born on May 23, 1931 in Vincennes, Indiana, the daughter of Robert and Frances Mallory. She married Jerald Grigsby on May 13, 1950, and he survives.
Bobbee was a homemaker. Her hobbies included bowling, taking Harley-Davidson Motorcycle trips all over the United States and Canada, as well as spending summers at Lake Sun and Sand and time with her grandson.
Preceding her in death were her parents and one grandson, Byron Brumfiel.
Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Dixie Brumfiel and husband, Barney of Lawrenceville, Illinois; one sister, Sue Vivers of Corona, California; two grandchildren, Chelsea Richardson and Aaron Bahr; and three great-grandchildren, Maddox Bahr, Ryder Richardson, and Lauren Richardson.
Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 2:00 PM CDT at the Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Lawrence County Humane Society. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements.
