Billy J. Heath

Billy J. "Butch" Heath, 66, of rural Sumner, IL passed away Friday November 13, 2009 at his residence.He was born December 15, 1942 in Petty Township, IL the son of Raymond and Martha Ellen (Green) Heath. On April 3, 1976 he married Wanda Earnest. She survives.Butch was retired from UPS. He was a member of the Union Chapel United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Elks, Moose, NRA, and he was Petty Township Trustee.Along with his wife, he is survived by  3 daughters: Kimberly Houchin of Olney, IL, Kelly Wolfe of Bridgeport, IL, Kristine Rhinehart of Bridgeport, IL, 2 step-daughters: Wendy James of Lamont, MO, Susan Magnan of Bridgeport, IL, 3 brothers: Tom Heath of Bridgeport, IL, Tony Heath of Bridgeport, IL, Mike Heath of Sumner, IL, a sister: Patty Russell of Tuscola, IL, and 7 grandchildren. A brother is deceased.The funeral will be Monday at 12:00pm at the Sivert-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Petty Cemetery. Visitation is also Monday from 10:00am until 12:00pm at the funeral home.Memorial donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.
