Bernadine Carrell

Bernadine Carrell, 96, of Algonquin, IL (formerly of Lawrenceville) passed away Monday July 13, 2009 at Provena St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin, IL.She was born September 12, 1912 in Arcola, IL the daughter of Rev. William Friend and Mary Jane (Crow) Prout. She was married to Orin M. "Slim" Carrell. He preceded her in death.She is survived by a daughter: Margieanna Noble of Algonquin, IL, 4 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.She was a personnel supervisor at Woolworths in Lawrenceville, IL. She attended the Wesleyan Christian Church in Lawrenceville.A Graveside Service will be conducted Saturday at 11:00am at Lawrenceville City Cemetery. There is no visitation.
