Berle Shoulders

Berle Shoulders, Sr, age 64 of Lawrenceville, IL passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Lawrenceville, IL. He was born February 23, 1947 in Lawrenceville, IL the son of Arthur and Delores (Allen) Shoulders. He married Christy Jean Cessna and she survives. Berle retired from the Central Labors Union. Survivors include his wife Christy of Lawrenceville, four daughters Amanda Shoulders of Lawrenceville, Talia Harner of Princeton, IN, Kelly Smith and Joanna Chappell both of Lawrenceville; two sons Greg Shoulders(Pam) and Berle, Jr., both of Lawrenceville, four brothers Curt Shoulders (Carmela) of Lawrenceville, Merle Shoulders (Hazel) of Lawrenceville; Roger Shoulders and Leland Shoulders both of Vincennes, IN; two sisters Marge Kasinger (Jim) Lawrenceville, IL and Joanne Bowlen of California; ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Berle was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers Dennis, Gerald, and Norman. A private memorial will be held at the home of Berle and Christy Shoulders at a later date.
