Audrey Evelyn Anderson

Audrey Evelyn Anderson, age 82, of rural Lawrenceville, Illinois, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013. She was born June 22, 1930 in Princeton, Indiana, the daughter of Clarence and Ruth (Wallace) Hardiman. She married Harry E. Anderson on January 18, 1950. Audrey worked at Victor-Dana in Robinson, IL for several years. She was also a farm wife. Preceding Audrey in death were her parents, twin daughters, and one brother. Survivors include her husband, Harry, of rural Lawrenceville; three sons James "Duke" (Rosie) Anderson of rural Lawrenceville, Jackie "Jack" (Sandy) Anderson of Robinson, and Gary Wayne Anderson of Duncan, Oklahoma; one sister Alma Jones of Princeton, IN; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 PM Wednesday at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville. Graveside services will be at 2:30 PM Wednesday at Portee Cemetery.
