Ann Waggoner Brown

Ann Waggoner Brown, age 81, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana. She was born on March 22, 1942 in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of John Paul and Helen Elizabeth (Cullison) Jones.

Ann worked at Suttle Apparatus and Syds, and owned Tracks Tavern. She was a former member of the Elks in Lawrenceville and the American Legion Auxiliary in St. Francisville.

Preceding her in death were her parents and one daughter, Tammara Klein.

Survivors include three children, Rob Cline of Lawrenceville, Illinois, Jackie Jacoby and husband, Kurt of Carmi, Illinois, and Bobby Waggoner and wife, Lori of Martinsville, Illinois; two brothers, John Paul Jones II and wife, Shirley of Robinson, Illinois and Rodger Alan Jones and wife, Susan of Valparaiso, Indiana; six grandchildren, Heather Harris, Tiffany Klein, Dan Moore, Jay Moore, Hallie Waggoner, and Addison Waggoner; 12 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Private services will be conducted. Memorial donations may be made to the Lawrenceville Senior Citizens. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements.
