Amy Jo (Goff) Mead, 43, of Indianapolis, IN passed away Thursday June 25, 2009 at her residence.She was born March 10, 1966 in Lawrenceville, IL the daughter of Jerry and Gloria (Griggs) Goff of Greenville, IL.She is survived by 2 sons: Kyle Cassidy of Indianapolis, IN, Dylan Mead of Indianapolis, IN, a daughter: Jeriann Mead of Indianapolis, IN, a brother: Brian Goff of Henry, TN, a sister: Christie Tharp of of Ft. Wayne, IN, maternal grandmother: Letha Griggs of Bridgeport, IL, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.She was a homemaker.A graveside service will be conducted Monday June 29, 2009 at 2:00pm at Lawrenceville City Cemetery. There is no visitation.Memorial donations may be given to the family for the benefit of her children. Envelopes are available through the funeral home.
