A. Kay Wolfe, age 63, of St. Francisville, IL passed away Monday, June 27, 2011 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN. Born May 1, 1948 in St. Francisville, IL she was the daughter of Woodrow Jennings and Cecile E. (Pierson) Wolfe.
Kay was a member of the St. Francisville Christian Church and the American Legion Auxillary Post 947. She worked at Good Samaritan Hospital in Central Supply for 39+ years.
Kay was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Bob Blacketer, and two sisters Virginia Pavitt and Leona Edmondson.
Survivors include one brother Jep Blacketer of Lawrenceville, two sisters Ann Holmes and Margaret Lukins both of Lawrenceville, 39 nieces and nephews and 38 great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in St. Francisville Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the "All Class Reunion-Gym Restoration at St. Francisville" with envelopes available at the funeral home.
