Obituary

Tyler Christian Warren, age 49, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born on January 7, 1970 in Mount Vernon, Illinois, the son of Carl Warren and Nadine Wilber Warren Frazier.

Tyler was a General Motors Mechanic. He worked for Albright Motor Company in Lawrenceville, Illinois as a service manager, and was an operator for a local union out of Indiana. Later he owned and operated Warren's Recreation in Madison, Indiana before his second battle with cancer. He was a member of Central Christian Church in Lawrenceville, Illinois. He enjoyed woodworking, riding motorcycles, and restoring automobiles. He worked on Relay for Life. Despite his own health issues, Tyler lived life to the fullest.

Preceding him in death were his father and niece, Magen Summers.

Survivors include his mother; three sisters: Margaret Summers of Mount Vernon, Illinois; Carla Kelly and husband, Leonard, Jr., of Lawrenceville, Illinois; Trudie Tillotson and husband, Rex, of Lawrenceville, Illinois; along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, July 26, 2019 at 4 p.m. at the Central Christian Church in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Friends and family are welcome to gather for a visitation beginning at 2 p.m. until the service hour of 4 p.m. on Friday. Burial will take place in Lawrenceville City Cemetery at a later date. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to Lawrence County Cancer Resource Center & Wig Shoppe or to Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
