Lyle Mieure Obituary
Lyle Mieure, age 59, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away Thursday, June 27, 2019 at his residence. He was born June 10, 1960, the son of Martin E. and Norma L. (Kelly) Mieure.
He worked for several years at the family sawmill, and also drove a semi-tractor trailer. He was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church. He enjoyed playing golf, mushroom hunting, and fishing. He was a huge Cardinals and Green Bay Packers fan. Most importantly, Lyle was a loving father, son, and brother.
Preceding Lyle in death were his parents.
Survivors include his son, Brooks Mieure, of Monroe City, Indiana; his brother, Robert Mieure and wife, Marsha, of Sullivan, Indiana; his brother, Doug Mieure and wife, Julie, of Lawrenceville, Illinois; and two grandchildren: Kathryn Mieure and Jarron Mieure.
Private services will be conducted for the family. Memorial donations may be made to Otterbein United Methodist Church.
